How To Send Back A Return Or Exchange

Please note that non-Chinese customers are required to pay shipping costs for returns and exchanges. To return an item to the Yuhekun party, do the following:

 

⦁ Indicate on your receipt whether you wish to exchange or return the item.

⦁ For exchanges: please specify the appropriate model/size. We recommend that you contact our customer service to reserve your item in advance to ensure that we can stock it for you while we wait for your parcel. Please provide us with the order number, specific item and size of the item you wish to exchange by email.

⦁ Place your items and receipts in a bag or box

⦁ For air courier services, please quote your invoice number and mark "Return to China". For mail exchange returns, the carrier's address is:

Policy

We will accept full refunds within 60 days and exchanges within 90 days. If you have any concerns about returns, please feel free to contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help.

 

Smaller quantities of heavily discounted items may be classed as clearance items and no refunds, exchanges or shop credit will be offered on clearance items.

 

Yuhekun is not responsible for shipping costs incurred for international returns. We recommend that you choose the most cost effective trackable delivery method when returning an item.

Track My Return

We recommend that you use a trackable delivery method for your return. Please retain your tracking number information so that you can keep track of the return process while the item is being returned to us.

Refund

Please note that it will take 3-10 working days for us to process your return once it has been received. You will receive a refund confirmation email from us once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. It will take a few working days for the refund to appear on your credit card account. This depends on your credit card's financial institution.

 

Authenticity / Guarantee

All of Yuhekun's items are first run items of reliable quality and all items are supplied directly by the designer. Please note that even such items are not completely free from defects in workmanship, including occasional missing threads and other similar defects. Broken-finished styles are relatively more likely to have defects and are more prone to wear and tear than common styles.

 

For international customers, we will reimburse shipping costs incurred in returning goods with serious defects, but returns with minor defects such as missing stitching will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. In summary, we will reimburse the cost of shipping for returns with serious defects up to a maximum of 5 times per customer per year.

 

Many items, especially damaged items, will wear out or develop holes over time as they are worn more often, and Yuhekun promises that all items will be free from such problems within 90 days of purchase, and that if such problems occur, we will provide you with an exchange or refund at no cost. If such problems occur more than 90 days after purchase, we will endeavour to provide you with replacement parts and other services, but we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for items purchased beyond 90 days that cannot be repaired.
